Before joining Breakwater, Phil co-founded Clairvoya. Before Clairvoya, Phil served as CTO at DiscoverReady, where his responsibilities included managing technology services, the analytics, engineering and development teams and the IT department. Before DiscoverReady, he was an executive at Bank of America and worked in quantitative analytics,
eDiscovery, incident response and cyber forensics departments. Phil received MS degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He received ME and BS degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah. Phil is named on 11 patents and 2 provisional patents.
