With extensive experience in development and delivery of technology applications to solve problems, for a variety of organisations, Phil has executed
both small scale projects and large programs of work (including a $57Mn Program) with exemplary results, creating end solutions that meet and exceed aspirations. Phil also actively promotes and provides learning to various clients on Agile SDLC and Agile Project Management, and how to develop high performing cross functional (Business combined with technology) teams to extract maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Taking his interest in technology and love of building strong teams to execute aspirational goals, Phil is joining Thubit, a travel centric start up in the capacity of CEO with a mind to creating a world class e commerce based technology platform. Having built up several of his own businesses Phil loves the challenge of creating value where there is none! A lover of good vino and freshly roasted coffee, Phil enjoys travelling to far flung destinations where he can get the best of both - a perfect fit for the Thubit ideal!
