My practice is in a wide range of business activity, including representing entrepreneurs and start-up tech companies from pre-incorporation through M&A, representing venture capital funds and other investors from Israel and abroad, and representing infrastructure companies in connection with government sponsored projects including all related
contracts and project finance. I am also the co-head of my firm's Japan practice group and as such represent Japanese corporations and VC funds in connection with investments, M&A and other business in Israel.
