Peter has deep knowledge about and experience with the design and management of real estate information services. Peter is one of the top MLS technologists in the United States, having architected and built a state-of-the-art MLS system for the San Francisco Bay Area, the 4th largest in the US. Peter participated in crafting the Real Estate
Transaction Standard (RETS) for the U.S. real estate industry,, and was the chief architect of a complex data-sharing schema for Bay Area MLSs. Prior to co-founding Proxio, Peter managed mission-critical software development for over 20 years in Silicon Valley technology companies, including Prometrix, Tencor Instruments, and CaseCentral. Peter holds a BS degree in computer science and an MS in computer engineering.
