Peter Seidel is President & General Counsel of WavePlay, a San Francisco Bay/Silicon Valley promotional agency. Peter focuses on strategic direction and relationships, investments, market research, event development, photography and videography. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Minnesota Bar Association, and he is
active with the California Society of CPAs and the California Bar Association. Prior to joining WavePlay, Peter worked in management, tax and business consulting in the corporate environment and in Big 4 and regional accounting firms. He holds J.D. and LL.M (tax) degrees from William Mitchell College of Law. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and psychology from the University of St. Thomas and a master’s degree in philosophy from the University of Wisconsin—Milwaukee.
