Peter started with the company in 2000, when CXC was just a small business of 10 employees. He has worked from sales, management, business ownership and now global
CEO, experiencing firsthand the radical shift in the modern workforce towards contingent talent.
Broadly, Peter’s expertise covers contingent workforce management, HR outsourcing, risk & compliance, and talent solutions. In 2010, he co-founded CXC Financial Partners, an independent financial, tax, property and mortgage advisory service to the contractor marketplace.
In June 2018, Peter moved to Singapore to continue to drive CXC’s international expansion.
