Peter J. Stein is on the Fund’s Investment Committee and responsible for deal origination, portfolio company monitoring, and the overall management, strategy and operations of Trinity Hunt. He is Chairman of the Board of ED Holdings and a board member of Jordan Health Services. Pete served on the boards of National Default Holdings (NDEx) and Lone
Star Fasteners, and as interim CEO of the latter.
Pete has been with Trinity Hunt and its predecessor, Hunt Capital, since its founding in 1993, following his time as Assistant Vice President in the Dallas Corporate Finance branch of Banc One Capital Corporation and at key positions in both the Dallas and New York offices of Prudential-Bache, and after owning and operating a franchise business. Having completed approximately 25 successful investments in numerous industries, his experience in private equity is extensive.
