Defense Policy and Arms Control on the National Security Council at the White House where his responsibilities included the national security strategy review, counterproliferation policy, and other defense policy issues. Feaver is the author of Armed Servents: Agency, Oversight, and Civil-Military Relations and he received his Ph.D. from Harvard University.
