a shareholder rights and board governance advocate, and is one of Canada’s leading experts on Canada’s AntiSpam Legislation compliance (CASL). As CEO of Green Swan Capital Corp, he is overseeing the exploration of Canada’s pre-eminent cobalt property, in the world-famous Sudbury Basin. He is General Counsel of GTA Resources and Mining Inc., and an independent director of Baja Mining Corp.
