Peter is a nationally experienced senior business consultant who has spent over 25 years advising SMEs and Corporates on their strategy and funding. This included time spent working for major UK Banks, during which time he arranged, negotiated and underwrote in excess of £1.5bn in lending facilities for UK businesses. Facilities were provided to
all types and size of business from start-ups to global public companies. Facility types ranged from working capital, acquisitions, management-buy-outs, lending for growth and turnaround facilities.
Using his extensive experience and expertise, Peter founded Snowball Consulting Ltd to help develop and implement strategic business plans, investment memorandum and forecasts. These plans are then used to raise finance and improve business performance.
Peter’s specialist areas are implementing and managing strategic initiatives, raising debt and equity finance, debt advisory services, banking and stakeholder relationships, improving working capital, managing banking relationships, business growth and improving profitability and cash generation.
He is a regular contributor to the BBC and CNBC on banking and business finance matters, as well as acting as the business finance partner for the Forum of Private Business.
Peter is a qualified Corporate Treasurer and member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers, a qualified banker and national prize-winning member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and holds an Executive MBA with Merit from Manchester Business School.
