Peter Berger took over Topicmarks in mid-2011 and sold it to Tagged in December that same year, where he currently works as the Director of Strategic Development. He is an entrepreneur and attorney specializing in start-up turnarounds, acquisition strategy, business development and semantic technology.
Prior to Topicmarks, Peter was the
co-founder and CEO or Alitora Systems and an adviser to UCSF's Catalyst T1 Program; HotShotMedia; and several other stealth start-ups. Peter is licensed to practice law in California and New York. He graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University, Newark, and received a Bachelor's degree from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.
