Peter Applefield is the founding principal of Aurum Property Partners. Mr. Applefield focuses on Aurum’s acquisitions and business development. Prior to Aurum, Peter worked for thirteen years as a principal at AW Property Co. where he managed the operation of AW’s entire property portfolio. Peter’s work at AW included analysis and due diligence of
acquisitions, oversight of all asset repositioning, marketing, leasing, and property management, and relations with AW’s institutional partners. Peter has more than thirty years of experience in all facets of commercial real estate. He enjoys golf, biking, wine, and UVA basketball. Peter Applefield attended the University of Virginia.
