Prior to joining HEP, Pete was a Vice President at Olympus Partners, a middle-market private equity firm managing over $5 billion. At Olympus, he was responsible for evaluating and executing leveraged buyout and growth equity transactions and served on the board of directors for companies across a variety of industries. Pete previously worked at
Chicago-based private equity firm Waud Capital Partners, where he focused primarily on investments in the healthcare services sector, and in the Corporate Business Development group at Becton Dickinson & Co. (NYSE: BDX). Pete began his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Diversified Industrials groups at UBS Investment Bank.
Pete holds an A.B. from Princeton University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
