His entry into healthcare innovation was shaped by personal adversity. In 2000, he was the victim of a violent attack with an iron bar, leading to more than a dozen surgeries over the years, with the most recent in 2022. When traditional treatments could not resolve the infection he faced, he relied on sports science, discipline, and the support of trusted professionals. Training six days a week, he rebuilt his health step by step. In 2006–2007, he applied alternative methods to help extend his mother’s life by over 15 years, realizing there was a better way to care for people—a belief that became the core of Kokoon’s mission.
Before launching Kokoon, Per Jacob Solli spent years coaching high-performance soccer teams throughout Europe. Working with top-level athletes taught him discipline, adaptability, and the ability to unite different personalities toward a shared purpose. These skills became a central part of his leadership style, shaping how he builds strong teams, makes decisions under pressure, and drives success.
Under his leadership, Kokoon Global Inc. has become debt-free and cash-rich, owning 100% of its assets. Without lenders, the company has full independence to operate according to its mission: bringing dignity and results to healthcare. Kokoon’s model blends traditional medicine with advanced treatments and wellness-focused services, supported by a handpicked team of experts, including industry veterans with decades of experience.
Adaptability has been a hallmark of Per Jacob’s leadership. Over nearly two decades, he has worked with leading physicians and industry advisors to guide Kokoon’s growth. During the COVID-19 lockdowns in Spain, when many operations stalled, he advanced new projects, turning uncertainty into opportunity and positioning Kokoon for continued progress.
