Mr. Bjorgas served as Managing Director of Elkjøp ASA, a subsidiary of Dixons Group PLC from May 2000 to 2004. Mr. Bjorgas served as Chief Financial Officer of Elkjøp ASA from 1998 to 2002. He served as managing director of Dixons International Electrical retailing from 2003 to 2005, group managing director of Dixons Electrical Retailing from 2006 to 2007 and group managing director of Dixons International Businesses from 2008 to 2009. He has also worked as an associate partner in the private equity company Lindsay Goldberg AS from 2009 to 2010. Mr. Bjorgas joined Elkjøp from Skandia Forsikring, where he served as Chief Operating Officer of Direct International. He was employed with Elkjop and Vesta. He is a retail specialist with over 30 years experience in business strategy and governance. He has been Chairman of Bank Brokers AS since 2009. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of APEXX Fintech Limited. He served as Chairman of Elkjøp Nordic from 2000 to 2008; UniEuro (Italy) from 2003 to 2008 and Kotsovolos (Greece) from 2004 to 2008. He has been a Board member of Metallco AS since 2010; National Daughter Companies of New Store Europe AS since 2010; and Løvenskiold Vækerø AS since 2008. He served as a Director of Statoil Fuel & Retail ASA since October 22, 2010. Mr. Bjorgas served as a Board member at Electroworld (Central Europe) from 2003 to 2008; PC City (Spain) from 2007 to 2008; Electroworld Turkey from 2005 to 2008 and Nordic Interior group AS since 2008.
