- Managed and built up Microlink (the largest IT-company in Baltics) branch in Lithuania. Microlink’s success in Lithuania raised the attractiveness and
valuation of the Microlink acquired by the US corporation entering Baltics.
- As a member of the Board was in charge of reorganizing two factories and one wholesale company inside Kalev, the largest confectionary in Estonia. Closed long term deals with large international wholesales partners.
- Managed a software consulting company Saknart which consulted book-keeping and inventory systems migration projects. In charge of a software audit, database analysis, migrations and training of users.
