Peder Prahl is the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Partner and Founder of European private equity firm Triton Partners. He is a member of the Investment Advisory Committees for all Triton funds and is an Investment Advisory Professional in the Triton Mid-Market team.
With over 35 years of industry experience, Peder is considered one of Europe’s
most respected private equity executives and has been instrumental in Triton Partners’ strategic growth.
Peder holds an MBA, a degree in Economics and a minor in Political Science from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to founding Triton Partners in 1997, Peder held roles at Morgan Stanley in New York and London, and was a Partner at another European private equity firm.
Peder is one of the longest serving leaders in European private equity markets and through his investment leadership and portfolio management, he has consistently delivered industry-leading returns for over three decades.
Through Triton Partners and private initiatives, Peder supports and donates to nonprofit activities aimed at improving the lives and health of children and young adults. His efforts focus on areas such as sports, physical and mental health, science, and entrepreneurship. Peder enjoys spending time with his family, participating in various sports, and furthering his interests in investing and history.
