With over 15 years of experience in new business development, Paulina oversees strategic alliances and corporate strategy at PubMatic, serving as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development.
Paulina joined PubMatic from PayPal where she negotiated and managed strategic partnerships with Google, Yahoo!, Microsoft and other large Internet and
payment players, and she played a leadership role in establishing the X.commerce platform. Prior to PayPal, Paulina headed business development for BlueLithium, a leading online ad network acquired by Yahoo!. She also spent four years at AOL driving strategy, corporate development and international expansion, including the launch of AOL's Advertising.com business in Japan. Paulina started her career in investment banking and then corporate finance at Charles Schwab.
Paulina earned her undergraduate degree at the Finance Academy of Moscow and her MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
