Paul joined McCarthy & Stone in 2011 having previously worked as an adviser to a senior MP and Government Minister in Parliament and provided communications support for a number of UK housebuilders and national infrastructure companies. Paul was appointed to McCarthy & Stone’s Executive Committee in 2014 and is responsible for national,
corporate and internal communications, and also supports the company’s national public affairs programme.
