Paul Silva is the Chief Operating Officer of Salas O'Brien. Whether Paul is visiting team members at one of the many Salas O’Brien offices around the country, teaching Kung Fu, or helping to find right solutions for a client, he emits an energy and love for life that is inspirational and contagious. His stalwart conviction to promote
integrity, ingenuity and confidence is evidenced in his active mentorship both within the company and his own community. Paul is at his best when he can wear many hats, making the role of COO in a multi-discipline company a natural fit for both his dynamic and extroverted right-brain and its logical, business-minded counterpart. Away from the proverbial office, Paul enjoys travelling with his wife and two daughters, and running with the family dogs.
