Paul joined Neoteric Technology after receiving his degree in mechanical engineering from UBC in 2000. At Neoteric he played a wide range of roles, beginning with mechanical design, then web site development, design and delivery of training programs and development of Neoteric’s branding and corporate image. From this start, Paul took on the
roles of Product Manager and Marketing Manager for Neoteric.
After the acquisition of Neoteric by Haemonetics, Paul took the role of Senior Marketing Manager, Information Management, Hospital (Global Marketing) at Haemonetics Corporation. In this role, he took on global responsibility for the strategic direction and tactical marketing implementation of Haemonetics’ hospital software business. This included Go-to-Market Strategy, Strategic Market Research, Customer Management, Product Management, Branding, Sales Process Development and Multi-Channel Marketing. In these roles, Paul was successful in driving up revenue of an enterprise software solution globally by approximately 70% over two years, developing sales and marketing programs that helped generate $US5 million dollars in annual enterprise software revenue and performing key roles in the complex post-acquisition integration of acquired software business.
