Previously, Paul served in various capacities at RESICAP developing business as their EVP of Business Development working with what are now the most established SFR Funds & REITs that exist today.
Paul's specialty is in working with institutional Single Family Residential (SFR) investors including new entrants and emerging cohorts such as Build-To-Rent (BTR), Co-Living, HPA, Sale-Leaseback and others.
