Paul has over 30 years' experience in multi jurisdictional catastrophe and attritional loss handling, and also specialises in European Regulatory law including dangerous goods, passenger rights, web-based selling and pricing, satellite insurance and reinsurance, claims handling, and arbitration and mediation of complex cross border
disputes.Having lived and worked in Asia and Australia for some fifteen years, Paul played a significant role there in the strategic and tactical management of large-scale casualty claims for various airlines and their insurers. Receiving recognition for his aviation expertise throughout Asia-Pacific, Paul was praised for his "deep industry knowledge" and "extreme intelligence" in the 2018 edition of Who's Who Legal: Aviation.
