Paul Dabdoub is the founder of Life Coach Training Institute (LCTI), an accredited online coach training organization serving students throughout the United States and internationally. Since founding LCTI in 2014, he has helped train thousands of aspiring and professional coaches through life coach certification, Christian life coach certification,
and business development programs.
Paul is also the creator of the Coaching Frequency Quotient (CFQ™), a coaching assessment and framework designed to help coaches identify their natural coaching style and strengths. His work focuses on coach training, coaching methodology, business development, and Spirit-led coaching.
