Paul Contris is the founder and CEO of Vetras Healthcare, an organization specializing in skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care services. With over four decades of experience in healthcare leadership, Paul has successfully built and led multiple senior care organizations, shaping the industry with his expertise in financial strategy,
acquisitions, and operational management. His journey began with a degree in accounting from the University of Puget Sound, followed by roles at Ernst & Young and The Hillhaven Corporation. He went on to serve as CFO and EVP at SunQuest HealthCare, where he helped grow the company from the ground up to over $225 million in annual revenues. Later, he founded and expanded Welcov Healthcare, overseeing 58 locations across seven states.
Paul founded Vetras Healthcare in 2019 with a mission to provide quality senior care in a compassionate and dignified environment. His leadership continues to drive innovation in the industry, ensuring that seniors receive the highest level of care and support.
