Paul Calato has more than 30 years of technical leadership experience in bringing complex technologies to market. As Vice President of Software Engineering, Paul is responsible for Development, QA and IT functions.
Prior to ClearSky, Paul served as Technical Director in Dell’s EqualLogic Storage Engineering organization where he scaled the team
from 5 to nearly 50 developers and managers. Dell acquired EqualLogic in January, 2008 when he became a senior member of the technical team delivering PS Series SAN arrays. Prior to EqualLogic, Paul held senior engineering and management positions at Cabletron, Riverstone Networks and Digital Equipment Corp.
Paul received his B.S. in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology. He holds several patents in storage and networking related areas.
