Paul Bozzo has a professional background that combines more than 20 years of experience in entrepreneurial strategy, angel/venture capital financing, SBA lending and strategic planning.
Paul is the founder and principal of the 10X Group a boutique consultancy specializing in working with scalable start-up and fast-growth entrepreneurial
ventures in the North Bay region of San Francisco. In this capacity he specializes on issues related to private equity funding, start-up strategy, business planning and financial forecasting.
Paul is a co-founder of Venture Greenhouse, an established Marin-based business accelerator, helping promising entrepreneurs from the North Bay and Greater Bay Areas launch and scale businesses that will make a significant disruptive impact on their chosen industry and market.
Currently Paul serves as a business advisor with the Small Business Development Center at Santa Rosa Junior College (SBDC). In this role he is the SBDC’s specialist in angel/venture capital funding, green technology and enterprise-level strategic planning.
Paul is an adjunct professor at Dominican University’s Green MBA program teaching a course on entrepreneurial finance. In addition to his role at Dominican University, Paul is an adjunct faculty member for Sonoma State University’s Executive MBA program teaching the final course in the 18-month program focused on strategic enterprise planning.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Technology and MBA from California State University, Fresno.
