Patrick Lupinetti serves as senior vice president and editorial director for the company's Knowledge Base Services Department, where he has responsibility for drug descriptive data acquisition, government pricing, data structure and clinical content for all of FDB's product modules.
Patrick Lupinetti joined FDB in 2008 from the Office
of the New York State Attorney General's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit where Patrick Lupinetti served for 21 years and was the initial Director of the Unit's Special Projects Division.
In that capacity, Patrick Lupinetti had responsibility for the identification and investigation of systemic Medicaid overbillings, with a particular focus on institutional and cost-based providers, and served on numerous national teams conducting pharmaceutical pricing and marketing investigations.
Patrick Lupinetti is a graduate of the Columbia University School of Law and was admitted to the New York State Bar in February, 1980. Patrick Lupinetti received a bachelor's degree in philosophy from West Virginia University where he graduated magna cum laude, was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and a Rhodes Scholar Finalist.
