Patrick began his career in Houston working in the economic and financial consulting group at Arthur Andersen, where he led teams of consultants helping clients solve complex business and analytical problems, generally in a litigation or dispute setting. After Andersen, Patrick spent over ten years at Daniels and Associates and RBC Capital Markets
as an investment banker to communications and technology companies. In this capacity, Patrick led transactions across a number of different telecom and media verticals, including: Internet infrastructure (data centers, managed hosting, managed services, cloud service providers, ISPs), cable television, Internet media (job boards, city guides, online travel, coupons, and message boards), and other telecom services.
Immediately prior to joining Logix, Patrick was providing business and financial consulting services to data center and hosting companies and advised a number of financial and strategic investors interested in that space. Patrick was also the CFO and held corporate development roles for CentriLogic, a data center and hosting company based in Toronto with operations in Canada and the eastern U.S.
Patrick earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago.
