Pat has over 34 years of experience in automotive manufacturing. Most recently, Pat spent 19 years with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) as the Director of Operations for multiple stamping plants while concurrently being the Director of Stamping Equipment Engineering. Pat was the global lead for the Center of Competence for Stamping Equipment
Engineering. Pat was responsible for long term strategic capital planning and standardization efforts for the stamping division of FCA. Pat has also been the Plant Manager of three assembly plants which included the pivotal launch of the award winning 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the launch of the award winning 2012 Ram 1500. Pat also had complete P&L responsibility and managed multiple product launches while being plant manager of FCA’s two large stand-alone stamping plants Pat spent the prior 13 years at Ford Motor Company, starting as an entry level controls engineer and working up to senior operations and engineering levels at Ford’s Chicago Stamping Plant. Pat holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University and a master’s degree in business administrations from Michigan State University.
