Patrick Dumont is the chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of Las Vegas Sands, a leading global operator and developer of integrated resorts. The company focuses on delivering high-quality leisure and business tourism experiences that support economic opportunity and strengthen communities. Since joining Sands in 2010, Mr. Dumont has held a
series of leadership roles that have advanced the company’s growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. Prior to his appointment as chairman and CEO in 2026, he served as president and chief operating officer from 2021 to 2026. He has also held positions including executive vice president and chief financial officer, senior vice president of finance and strategy and vice president of corporate strategy. During his tenure, Mr. Dumont has led major development initiatives, including Sands' latest multi-billion-dollar development project in Singapore. He has overseen significant investment programs in Macao and Singapore, focused on enhancing the customer experience, expanding product offerings, and driving sustainable financial performance. His business acumen continues to advance innovation across the gaming and hospitality industry. Mr. Dumont serves on several boards and committees. He is the governor and representative for the Dallas Mavericks on the NBA Board of Governors, a trustee of the Mavs Foundation, and a member of the Sands Board of Directors. Mr. Dumont earned a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
