Patrick Corrigan is the director of AARC. Patrick holds an honours degree in accountancy, the ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (ACCA Dip IFRS), and is a chartered accountant (ACCA member). Patrick was formerly a senior civil servant in the Irish Government dealing with financial and budgetary issues. He directs all AARC
contracts including several large scale EU, ADB and WB funded programmes globally, in the Accounting and Audit, PFM, Public Utilities and Environmental sectors.
