Mr. Clark re-joined Fidus in 2011 after earning his MBA and has worked on numerous industrial, building products, and consumer transactions. Prior to initially joining Fidus in 2005, Mr. Clark began his career in investment banking at Wachovia Securities. Mr. Clark earned a bachelor of arts, cum laude, from Davidson College and a master of
business administration from the University of Virginia’s Darden School.
