Pascal Métral serves as Vice President of Legal Affairs for NAGRA Kudelski, a world leader in digital security, heading a global team of in-house and external lawyers and investigators. He joined NAGRA Kudelski in 2003 as an external counsel specializing in IP and criminal law, moving to the role of in-house counsel in charge of anti-piracy,
anti-cybercrime and corporate matters in 2009.
Mr Métral is also Co-Executive Director of Alianza contra Piratería de Televisión Paga, an industry association launched in 2013 that aims to fight pay-TV piracy in Latin America.
Prior to NAGRA Kudelski, Mr Métral practiced intellectual property, criminal, and civil law in a law firm in Geneva where he was a partner.
He holds a Master's Degree in Law from the University of Geneva and was admitted to the Geneva Bar.
