Pascal is the CEO of Setmixer, the fastest way from show to release. Pascal's history includes five years at Spotify as their first Global Head of Hardware Partnerships, followed up by multiple roles in music as interim-CEO at Exit Live, Chief Partnership officer at Deezer and Managing Director EMEA at Octave Group, comprising of PlayNetwork
and TouchTunes. Before Spotify, Pascal worked at Philips Consumer Electronics in their Connected Planet division and at Xerox Global Services. Pascal holds an MBA with distinction from London Business School and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Delft University of Technology.
