Pankaj Bhatt is the Head of Professional Services at Nucleus Software Exports Limited where he is responsible for driving the implementation and support of products for its customers worldwide.
Prior to this Pankaj was the Head of Global Delivery Management (West) for System Integration services at Nokia Siemens Networks since May 2008. Pankaj
brings in over three decades of experience in the IT and telecommunications industry. His key result areas are cementing client relationships, customer service; program budgeting, cost-management, competence building, supervision and mentoring to achieve optimal operations, and maximizing human capital ROI in a cohesive work environment.
Pankaj has worked in the areas of quality management - process specification, quality prediction, and total quality management, to name a few. He has experience of definition and deployment of the quality management systems, and also assessment of the deployed systems.
Pankaj is a Senior Member of Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) USA and a Fellow of Institution of Electronics and Telecommunications Engineers (IETE), India. Pankaj holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Software Engineering. In his free time Pankaj likes to read, cook, listen to the Music and play the Violin.
