Ozlem is the co-founder of Sparkus Platform, which combines AI-Assisted Digital Self-Reflective Coaching and Human Interaction to scale coaching services to a larger population. Sparkus helps organizations scale benefits of coaching for engagement, development and upskilling of their workforce. Coaching conversations facilitated between the
Manager/Mentor and employees through the Sparkus Platform supports to build a strong coaching culture in the organization.
Ozlem has been one of the six honorees of the ICF Young Leader Award in 2019 to carry the coaching profession into the future. In 2021, she became one of the official members of Forbes Coaches Council. Having the PCC credential from ICF, she has more than 1500 hours of coaching experience. She is also a member of the faculty of Institute for Transformational Psychology (ITP) and a volunteer in the Development team of EMCC Global.
Ozlem’s book “World Voices in a Polarized World: Applications of Voice Dialogue Principles to Teams, Organizations and World Affairs” has been published in 2019.
Ozlem started her career as a tax consultant in PwC, where she also coached professionals both as a manager and a mentor. She has been a professional coach since 2007, supporting high achiever professionals for their cutting-edge development.
