Dr. Ozan Ozerk is a London-based fintech entrepreneur and the founder of multiple regulated financial institutions, including OpenPayd, EMBank, Bitpace, and MSB.us.
OpenPayd is a Banking-as-a-Service and embedded finance platform processing over $220 billion annually, serving more than 1,100 clients across payments, FX, and banking infrastructure.
EMBank is an ECB-licensed bank headquartered in Lithuania, focused on B2B financial services for fintechs and SMEs across Europe. Bitpace is a cryptocurrency payment gateway. MSB.us is a FinCEN-registered money services business operating in the United States.
Earlier in his career, Dr. Ozerk co-founded Norsk Ideutvikling, the company behind Biip.no — a Norwegian social network acquired by Egmont and TV 2 for NOK 76 million.
Prior to fintech, Dr. Ozerk practised as a medical doctor in Norway, having graduated from the University of Oslo Faculty of Medicine.
He is a member of the Forbes Finance Council and a 2025 Enterprise Awards winner.
