Orbin “Buddy” Swisshelm is the founder and Regional Manager of Digital Signs and Marketing, a Pennsylvania-based company specializing in digital billboards, LED signs, video walls, and commercial signage solutions. Since founding the company in 2019, he has overseen sales operations, customer service, project development, and team leadership
throughout Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio.
With nearly five decades of sales and management experience, Mr. Swisshelm has built a reputation for helping businesses increase visibility and grow through innovative advertising and digital display technologies. He recruits, trains, and mentors sales professionals while working closely with customers to develop effective signage and marketing strategies.
Throughout his career, Mr. Swisshelm has achieved numerous sales milestones and earned multiple industry honors, including seven Regional Manager of the Year awards and four Dealer of the Year awards for annual sales volume. He has consistently ranked among the top performers in his industry and has set multiple regional sales records.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Swisshelm is an author and speaker whose work focuses on personal development, sales success, leadership, and perseverance. His published books include Is Your Why Bigger Than Your But?, What Dad Says, and Finnegan Begin Again.
Committed to serving others, Mr. Swisshelm serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors for The Asservo Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to combating human trafficking and supporting survivors.
Mr. Swisshelm earned a degree in Accounting from Boyce College, where he was named to the Dean's List. He began his professional career with Gulf Development/Signtronix and has spent his life helping businesses grow while mentoring the next generation of sales professionals.
