Olivia Riggs is an Asset Manager at Peak Capital Partners. She oversees the asset performance and management operations for the firm’s properties located in Kansas, Idaho, Utah, and Missouri. Olivia has an extensive background in property management and on-site operations. She began her career in 2005 as a leasing agent for Alliance Residential,
and quickly progressed to community manager where she was responsible for all on-site operations and capital improvements. During her career in property management Olivia has been responsible for on-site operations, comprehensive capital projects, lease ups, and more. Olivia has worked on several types of properties including owned and fee managed. Olivia worked for Western National Group before she began her career with Peak Capital Partners.
