Oli is Head of Private Equity – EMEA and is responsible for the strategy and service delivery of SANNE’s EMEA Private Equity division. Prior to joining the global alternative asset and corporate administration services business, Oli completed a two-year secondment as Technical Director at the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association.
During his secondment, Oli remained part of the leadership team delivering KPMG Advisory services to both onshore and offshore Private Equity clients incorporating regulatory change, risk consulting and buy and sell side diligence. Oli is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and has more than 12 years of industry experience.
