Oliver Eischet is one of the co-founders and CEO of specter. He grew up in an entrepreneurial family, founded his first company at the age of 14 and went on to study at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management. With his Master's degree from HSG - University of St.Gallen, he then specialised in business management and founded specter in the
same breath. Prior to specter, he gained work experience in start-ups, corporates, strategic management consulting (PwC and Kearney) and FC Bayern Munich in the area of internationalisation and strategy.
