Dr. Chen received his M.D. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem School of Medicine, and is certified in both internal medicine and in healthcare management. He has a Master’s degree in public administration from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, and is a Fellow of Harvard’s Center for Public Leadership and a Wexner Foundation
Fellow. Prior to joining Clew Medical, Ofer has served in various leadership positions in the healthcare system, including deputy director of Assuta Ashdod University Hospital and Head of Community Healthcare in Maccabi Healthcare Services, Israel’s second largest HMO.
