Oded Globerman has an M.Sc in Electrical Engineering from the Israel Institute of Technology (Technion) and a B.Sc from Ben-Gurion University in Physics.
He was formally director of hardware development of Xloom communication, a start-up company dealing with minimized parallel optical transceivers.
In this position, Mr. Globerman was responsible
for a hardware team and for contacts with mechanical and software subcontractors.
Mr. Globerman has had more than 15 years of Technology and R&D experience. Before Xloom, he worked as project leader in Ezchip, a fabless chip company designing 10Gbps network processors, in Lucent technologies and in Chromatis Network, which was acquired by Lucent for 4.8 billion $USD in 2000. where he had deals with Metro communication systems.
