Norm Koenig is Senior Vice President of Sales at Platinum Data Solutions. He has worked in the mortgage technology field for 25 years, and brings a wealth of experience to bear. With a passion for technology solutions and sales process development, Koenig's consultative sales style has helped medium to large mortgage lenders solve key business
issues throughout his career. Prior to Platinum, Koenig served with DocMagic for nearly five years, in sales, sales management, and as director of strategic initiatives. In this last role, he spearheaded bringing new products and services to market through careful selection of pilot accounts, working closely with both the clients' IT and operations staff and with DocMagic's technology team. As director of sales operations at DocMagic, he managed a staff of eight in developing sales messaging and methodology. He helped target suspect accounts, developed a telemarketing strategy and a cross-selling strategy to introduce new services to DocMagic's large install base. Koenig has worked in a sales capacity with several other technology providers to the mortgage industry including eLynx, SwiftView, and ASC. Koenig earned his BA degree in Political Science from Ohio University in Athens.
