Noemi Timones earned a degree in BS Psychology from Far Eastern University in 1998. Ms. Timones has over fourteen years experience in Human Resources, with special expertise in the field of Recruitment. She started off her career in a freight forwarding industry, where she was exposed to the different facets in Human Resources. She then moved to an
architectural firm as a generalist but with special focus on compensation and benefits and performance management system. Ms. Timones joined a headhunting company doing recruitment consulting work for local and multinational accounts from various industry catering to different positions. Additionally, she is certified Targeted Selection Interviewer and Coach.
Prior to joining Kittelson and Carpo Consulting, Ms. Timones worked for a sales and manufucturing company and managed to set up the HR Department. She has been part of the top management team and acted as a strategic partner with direct involvement in sales, customer service, operations and human resources management.
