Noel Dewinter has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Apollo Medical Holdings, Inc. (“Apollo”), since joining the Company in August 2008. Apollo is traded under the symbol AMEH.
Prior to Apollo, Noel Dewinter served as the Chief Financial Officer for three smaller private companies in retail loss prevention, fiber-optic communications and
internet services. Prior experience includes eleven years with Global Marine, Inc. (offshore oil/gas drilling), and nine years with Wahlco Environmental Systems, Inc. (manufacturer of environmental and energy efficient equipment), where Noel Dewinter served as CFO during this company’s IPO on the NYSE in 1990.
Noel holds a BA in Economics from Carleton College and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
