Noah Spaulding is the General Counsel of Eco Inc. After several years in the Tech Group at Goodwin Procter, he entered crypto full-time, joining Circle in 2014 as one of its first twenty employees. As Corporate General Counsel at Circle, Noah was responsible for securing the first BitLicense and designing the legal framework for USDC. For the past
decade, Noah has advised several crypto projects ranging from global exchanges to DAOs. Outside of Eco, Noah spends most of his time with his three young children.
