As Chief Operations Officer at Harbinger Group, Nitin’s focus is on laying the frameworks for enabling scale. His charter also includes leadership development and driving employee experience transformation innovations internally which can then be showcased to prospects and customers. Prior to Harbinger, Nitin has played key executive roles with
marquee companies like Infosys and Persistent. In the course of his career he has held board level roles; handled large scale delivery and operations for enterprise and ISV customers across geographies; worked in various domains like telecom, retail, logistics and financial services; and also set up and led account management teams.
Digital transformation is an area where Nitin has been intensely involved over the past few years. He has also been involved in setting up AI/ML practices and new Tech Labs. Nitin holds a Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering. He is an avid reader and blogger. He is also into fitness and meditation. Nitin is a petrolhead and loves to do cross country drives. He lives in Pune with his family.
