Nir Yaakov, Morphisec’s Vice President of Finance, has over 12 years of experience in senior financial roles, and more than a decade within the high tech industry. He specializes in creating efficient financial management strategies, developing partnerships and driving growth in early to late-stage startups. Prior to Morphisec, Nir held senior
financial roles at Intigua, a company providing software configuration management tools. Before Intigua, he served as Controller with Cedar Fund, an international venture capital firm with over $325M under management. Prior to Cedar Fund, Nir held various senior financial management as well as academic positions including Corporate Controller at IXI Mobile ("IXMO"), lecturer at Hebrew University and Senior Auditor with KPMG. Nir holds an MBA as well as a BA (cum laude) in Accounting and Economics from Hebrew University. He is a licensed CPA in Israel and completed the US Tax Study Program at Boston University.
